HIIT Classes

The HIIT fitness class is very physically demanding and pushes you to your limits and beyond. HIIT workouts are a great way to burn fat when you’re short on time. With our HIIT sessions you will improve heart and lung function, burn calories and vaporise body fat. 


High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). You’ll exercise as hard and fast as you can for a short burst, then slow things down for a brief recovery period. Then do it again. And again. WHY DO HIIT? It pushes your heart and lungs to their limits. It kicks your metabolism into overdrive, so you’re still burning calories hours later.

This fitness class is perfect for beginners and circuit regulars alike. If you’re new, feel free to start light and work your way in. If you’re a seasoned HIIT class goer, we’ll throw in plenty of extra challenges to push your fitness level to the limits.
