To book a class you can do this via the Vibes Gym app.

To register for the Vibes Gym app either click “Register for Free App” above or click this link.

Once you have registered, check your email for an activation link (check your spam and junk folder), then activate your profile. Once your profile is activated either book classes via the Vibes Gym app, or online at vibesgym.virtuagym.com

For mat based classes, please bring your own mat. If you are unsure, please call us.

SPIN

Get ready to burn calories and boost your fitness level in this moderate to high intensity class, which is sometimes referred to as 'spin'. Motivating music will provide the soundtrack as you cycle your way through multiple terrains designed to improve cardio endurance, lose weight and strengthen your legs and core.

NON CONTACT HATTON BOXING FOR FITNESS

Our Non Contact Hatton Boxing For Fitness class offers a great cardio workout featuring boxing training techniques, including skipping, boxing drills, footwork and abdominal workouts – all with a strong focus on toning the body.
