Under 18s

16 to 17: £36.99 a month. A parent or guardian fills in the consent form, then the 16 or 17 year old attends an induction and gets full 24/7 access.

11 to 15: £34.99 a month or a £48.99 pass. Must train within junior hours, unless a paying adult member supervises them and stays with them the whole time, in which case they can train any time.

Open day, Sunday 13 September, 10am to 6pm. Free entry and 16 free 20-minute taster classes, booked in advance. The Founding 16 pack, 16 classes for £129.99, is set up on your account in the studio on the day and is not sold online.

Studio classes are not included in a Vibes Gym membership and are paid for separately. Class credits are £10.99 for gym members and £12.99 for everyone else, with 5 and 10 class packs. Booking runs 14 days ahead and you can cancel up to 12 hours before a class. Full prices and the timetable are at vibesstudio.com.

Personal training

Each coach sets their own rate, generally £35 to £45. Train with a partner and split the cost.

Chris

Chris manages the gym and coaches one to one only. He charges the highest rate here and keeps his client list small.

Wayne Mackerness

Wayne coaches calisthenics and bodyweight strength, with form first.

Andrew Briggs

Andrew coaches strength, hypertrophy and nutrition. He has won a bodybuilding show.

Kelise Harrington

Kelise is a nine times powerlifting champion. She coaches women's strength and is beginner friendly.

Rob

Rob works one to one with beginners, people coming back after a break, and anyone whose progress has stalled.

Chloe

Chloe works with women returning to training and with mature members. She is patient and beginner friendly.

Common questions

Is there a contract?

No. Rolling memberships renew monthly and you can cancel anytime before your next payment date at vibesgym.com/cancel.

What fees are there beyond the monthly price?

A £30 setup fee on rolling plans, waived on Summer Start, and a £30 annual enhancement fee each 1 October on rolling gym memberships. Sunbed memberships and prepaid passes have neither.

When is the gym staffed?

Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 2pm, closed bank holidays. Members can train 24/7 regardless.

Can under 18s join?

Yes. 16 to 17 get 24/7 access after parental consent and an induction. Members aged 11 to 15 must train within junior hours. The only exception is training alongside a paying adult member who supervises them and stays with them the whole time, in which case they can train at any time. Start with the consent form.

Can I use the sunbeds or sauna without a membership?

Yes. Sunbeds are 18+ and run in staffed hours, press the intercom and staff will let you in. A sauna-only pass is £6.99. Details on the sunbeds page.

Where can I park?

There's parking directly in front of the gym and around the estate, with more spaces free after 5pm. If it's full, Morrisons is a 1 minute walk away, allows up to 2 hours, and has hundreds of spaces.

Is there anywhere to do classes nearby?

Yes. Vibes Studio opens two doors down, with classes starting Monday 14 September. No gym membership needed to book.

I'm new to the gym. Where do I start?

Book a tour to see the place, or book an induction and a team member will walk you through the equipment. Then you can train right away.
